Flu Shots for Lower Manhattan

This Saturday, September 14, Monte Sion Christian Church will be hosting a flu shot clinic from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., at 297 East Third Street, between Avenues C and D on the Lower East Side. The clinic is sponsored and administered by Duane Reade pharmarcy and Manhattan Together, an organization comprised of members of churches throughout the borough. Shots at the clinic will be provided for little or no cost for those with insurance. The Centers for Disease Control recommends that everyone over the age of 6 months receives a flu vaccine every year. For more information about the clinic, contact Rev.
