Free Housing Workshop

On Wednesday, December 4, Council Member Gale Brewer, Goddard Riverside's SRO Law Project, and The Urban Justice Center present a free Housing Clinics and Workshop from 6-8 p.m. at Goddard Riverside Community Center, 593 Columbus Avenue (between 88th and 89th Streets). Part of the program that happens on the first Wednesday of each month, the clinic will offer a presentation on HPs, Repairs, Bedbugs and Cockroaches, to be followed by a question and answer session. Anyone with questions about tenants' rights and options surrounding these issues is welcome. The funding is provided by the Housing Preservation Initiative of the New York City Council. At least one staff attorney will meet with individuals who are seeking specific legal advice.
